By accessing or using VIOP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

VIOP provides AI-powered customer engagement solutions including voice agents, workflow orchestration, and creative automation tools. Our services are designed for business use.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for spam or harassment
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

VIOP and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in our services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use. We recommend human review for critical communications.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VIOP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
